Naturist & Nudist in Croatia
Naturism has a long, mainstream history in European beach culture, particularly in France, Germany, Croatia, and Spain, where many coastal towns maintain officially zoned naturist sections (often marked FKK in German-speaking contexts, or "naturiste" in France) separate from the main public beach. This collection covers beaches with a formally designated naturist area or a long-established, widely recognized naturist status, not beaches where nudity is merely unenforced.
12 beaches are currently indexed with naturist-friendly status. Note that a designated naturist beach and the naturist section of a mixed beach are different things in practice. Where relevant, the individual beach page specifies whether the whole beach or only a marked section applies, since arriving expecting one and finding the other is the most common visitor complaint in this category.
